Dear writers:
If you are interested in contributing your articles to Sayoni Speak, please take note of the following:
1. Your article should not be written in ‘Singlish’. Proper English is the way to go. Other languages, e.g. Chinese, Malay, are also welcomed.
2. Your article should pertain to LGBTQ issues.
3. The style of writing can range from academic writings to real life stories. Coherence is the main criteria.
4. If you are writing a scientific piece, be prepared to cite your references.
5. Please note that material that is offensive on religious or racial grounds will not be accepted.
6. Please provide a short description of yourself to be inserted in the “About Author” section accompanying the article.
7. Sayoni reserves the right to edit your article e.g. grammatical errors, without significant changes to its content.
8. Sayoni reserves the final decision to publish (or not publish) the article.
9. Please email your articles to: admin@sayoni.com. You will receive a reply within 5 working days, acknowledging your article.
